Atlantis Academy Palm Beaches as established in 1937 and relocated to West Palm Beach, Florida in 1938, where it remains as one of the oldest, continuously operated private schools in Florida. The Troywood Learning Environment, Inc. was established in 1974 in Lake Worth, Florida to provide for the education of students with learning disabilities. In 1989 the two schools began sharing the secure, spacious, three acre campus with its modern classrooms and administration building. In 1996, the two schools were reorganized and merged. In 2001, Educational Services of America purchased the school.
